When QC happens
QC begins after the marketplace seller delivers the product to LoloBuy’s China warehouse. It occurs before you select stored goods and submit an international parcel. This is the key point at which you can compare the received item with the seller’s listing and your order options.
What the standard inspection covers
Look for obvious damage, stains, tears, broken parts or other defects visible during warehouse handling.
Check whether the received color, size and other visible details correspond to the order information.
Review the warehouse’s feedback together with the available quality-inspection pictures.
The homepage currently advertises free QC pictures and 180 days of free storage.
How to review QC photos clearly
- 1. Compare with the original listing
Keep the seller page open and compare the visible shape, color, printed details, accessories and selected variant.
- 2. Confirm size evidence
Check the visible size label and any measurements that appear in the inspection record. A size tag alone does not prove the item will fit.
- 3. Zoom in on likely defect areas
Inspect seams, edges, closures, soles, logos, screens, connectors and fragile parts relevant to the product.
- 4. Read warehouse feedback
Do not rely only on thumbnails. Review written inspection notes and any abnormal-status message before accepting the item.
- 5. Decide before parcel submission
Resolve visible problems before international shipment. Returns and exchanges generally become more difficult once warehouse handling or overseas delivery has progressed.
What QC does not guarantee
- QC pictures do not prove authenticity or brand authorization.
- A visible inspection cannot reliably reveal internal material quality, long-term durability or every hidden defect.
- Color can appear different because of lighting, camera settings and your display.
- A correct size label does not guarantee fit; seller sizing can differ from standard sizing.
- Passing warehouse QC does not replace checking seller return terms and destination import rules.
Packaging removal: an important official warning
LoloBuy’s July 14, 2026 announcement introduced original-packaging and shoe-box removal services to reduce parcel weight and volume. The announcement says actual handling depends on product type and condition; fragile goods may retain packaging when necessary. It also states that items cannot be returned or exchanged after original packaging is removed. Finish your QC review before choosing either service.
Keep the original listing, order details, QC pictures and warehouse feedback until the parcel is delivered. If an image does not show a detail you need, contact LoloBuy customer service before parcel submission rather than assuming the item is correct.
