Seller return rules, stock and product descriptions come from the original marketplace listing. Save the listing and contact LoloBuy promptly when an order option is wrong.
After QC
Use warehouse feedback to identify visible problems before international shipment. Ask customer service what return or exchange options are available for that specific order.
Packaging-removal warning
LoloBuy’s July 14, 2026 announcement explicitly says items cannot be returned or exchanged after original packaging is removed. Complete all QC and return decisions first.
Checks before you continue

- Do not submit the parcel while a return request is unresolved.
- Do not remove packaging before accepting the item.
