How the 8.9 score is calculated
The homepage score is an editorial assessment, not a laboratory test or customer rating. Four equally weighted criteria are reviewed: product coverage (9.0), link usability (8.8), QC transparency (8.6) and ease for beginners (9.0). Their arithmetic mean is 8.85, displayed as 8.9 after rounding.
Evidence reviewed
We inspect the public directory structure, representative product links, visible price and source information, QC labeling, navigation and the steps required for a new shopper to reach an original listing. The assessment was last reviewed July 16, 2026.
