LoloBuy's value-added service notice describes options to remove original packaging or shoe boxes to reduce a parcel's weight or volume. The service result depends on the product type and condition, and protective material may still be necessary for fragile goods.
Users who want to keep a particular shoe box should leave a remark or contact customer service and provide the warehouse item number beginning with “LO”. This request should be made before the parcel is prepared.
The most important limitation is that LoloBuy says products cannot be returned or exchanged after their original packaging has been removed. Users should finish QC review and resolve possible return issues before requesting this service.
