The shipping process, step by step
- 1. Wait for warehouse arrival
Marketplace orders first travel to LoloBuy’s China warehouse. International delivery is separate from the product purchase and mainland-China freight paid earlier.
- 2. Finish QC before shipping
Review inspection feedback, visible size and color details, and available QC pictures. Resolve visible problems before including an item in an international parcel.
- 3. Select stored products
Choose which warehouse items you want to ship now. LoloBuy states that products bought from different sellers can be managed together and selected for combined delivery.
- 4. Decide whether to consolidate
You may submit selected items as one parcel. Combining items can reduce duplicated outer packaging, but it can also make the final parcel larger or place different product restrictions in the same shipment.
- 5. Choose packaging services
Review the packaging options before the parcel is finalized. If you choose packaging or shoe-box removal, confirm that QC is complete because LoloBuy’s official notice says items cannot be returned or exchanged after original packaging is removed.
- 6. Confirm the delivery address
Check the recipient name, phone number, street, postal code, city and country carefully. Use information that matches the destination carrier and customs requirements.
- 7. Compare available routes
LoloBuy advertises 100 logistics routes, but the routes shown to you depend on the destination and parcel. Compare the live price, estimated time, tracking level, restrictions and any route-specific notes displayed at submission.
- 8. Pay international freight
This is the second major payment stage and is separate from the product order. Use the final warehouse parcel quote rather than estimating the charge from the product price alone.
- 9. Track and receive the parcel
Save the parcel number and carrier tracking details. Monitor status changes and inspect the outside of the parcel when it arrives before opening it.
What affects the shipping quote
Country, region and sometimes remote-area coverage affect which routes are available.
The warehouse’s final packed weight is more useful than an early product estimate.
Large boxes can cost more even when the products themselves are light.
Batteries, liquids, branded goods and other restricted categories may reduce route availability.
The factors above explain how to compare the live options shown at parcel submission. LoloBuy’s public homepage does not publish a universal fixed price or delivery time that applies to every destination.
Official packaging-removal options
LoloBuy announced two value-added services on July 14, 2026:
- Remove Packaging: removes original boxes or bags to reduce parcel size. Fragile items may keep packaging when necessary, and handling depends on product type and condition.
- Remove Shoe Boxes: removes shoe boxes to reduce weight and volume. The item’s weight and volume are updated after service; users who want to keep a specific box must leave a remark or contact customer service using the item number beginning with “LO”.
- Return warning: the official notice says products cannot be returned or exchanged after original packaging is removed.
Before you pay for shipping
- Confirm that every selected item passed your own QC review.
- Check the final address and telephone number character by character.
- Read the live route restrictions instead of choosing only by the lowest price.
- Confirm the packed weight and whether any packaging service changed it.
- Review destination customs and import rules; route availability does not guarantee customs clearance.
- Save screenshots of the parcel contents, quote and selected route.
The best route changes with destination, product type, packed weight, volume, budget and urgency. This guide therefore does not publish a fixed cheapest line or delivery promise. Use LoloBuy’s current freight estimate and parcel-submission screen for the live options.
