LoloBuy shoes spreadsheet guide: size, QC and shipping
A shoes spreadsheet helps you discover footwear links; it does not guarantee sizing, authenticity, seller accuracy or delivered cost. Use this evidence-first workflow from listing review to warehouse QC and parcel submission.
A LoloBuy shoes spreadsheet can save time when comparing footwear across Chinese marketplaces. Its useful job is discovery: organizing product links, reference prices and categories so a buyer can reach the original source. It is not store inventory, an authentication service or a promise that similar product photos lead to the same version.
Footwear decisions are easier to reverse before international shipping. Seller size systems can differ, a warehouse photo can show a label without proving fit, and a shoe box may protect the item while increasing parcel volume. LoloBuy’s official workflow, inspection pages, return procedure, freight estimator and shoe-box-removal announcement support a careful process without invented ratings or universal shipping prices.
1. Use the spreadsheet to find a source, not to finish the order
Treat each footwear row as a route to research. Record its title, displayed USD reference price, marketplace source and last-checked information when available. Then open the original Taobao, Weidian, 1688 or other seller page. If that page is unavailable, materially different or lacks the expected option, choose another current source.
Product photographs are not unique identifiers. Different sellers can reuse the same image while offering different materials, versions, size ranges, packaging and after-sales terms. Save the exact source URL and seller before moving to LoloBuy. The link—not the thumbnail—is the beginning of the purchase record.
2. Build a footwear control record before pasting the link
Write down the option you intend to buy: seller variation name, color code, model reference, size system, quantity and whether the original box matters. Save the seller’s current price, mainland-China delivery charge and visible return terms. If the listing has a size chart, keep the chart with the date and the exact option because sellers can change images and tables later.
When LoloBuy parses the link, compare every imported field with this record and confirm that a default color or size was not selected accidentally. If a manual-order path is needed, the same checks apply. A successful parser moves information; it does not judge fit or expectations.
3. Treat seller sizing as listing-specific evidence
Do not convert a familiar US, UK or EU size from memory and assume the seller uses the same last or labels. Read the current listing, note whether measurements mean foot length, insole length or another value, and follow the seller’s labeling instructions. If sizing is unclear, ask before payment; warehouse photographs cannot solve fit later.
A photographed size tag can confirm that the warehouse item carries the ordered label. It cannot prove that the shoe’s internal length, width or shape will fit you. If an available value-added inspection can capture a measurement that is essential to your decision, request the exact measurement. Keep the seller chart and result together; neither should be presented as a universal conversion table for every footwear listing.
4. Verify the first payment as a product-order decision
LoloBuy’s published process separates product purchasing from international delivery. The first payment covers the item and the seller’s delivery within mainland China. Before authorizing it, check the source, selected variation, quantity, currency, domestic freight and live payment fee. The spreadsheet’s USD figure is a reference for discovery, not a delivered-price quote.
Save the LoloBuy order number and submitted product details. If staff report that the option is unavailable or the seller changes the price, compare the new information with the original record before accepting it. A different colorway, batch name or size is a new decision.
5. Review footwear QC in a fixed order
LoloBuy’s standard-inspection page says visible information can include style, quantity, color, size, model, damage and defects. For shoes, begin by confirming that there is a left and right item, the visible style and color match the order, and the size or model label corresponds to the selected option. Then inspect the upper, sole edge, toe shape, heel area, closures, hardware, laces and included accessories for visible mismatch or damage.
Compare all views with the seller source rather than asking only whether the pair ‘looks good.’ Lighting can affect color and distance can affect proportions. A clear label or second view is stronger than a guess. If a critical surface, tag or accessory is missing, request a specific view when available.
6. Keep QC claims narrower than the photographs
Warehouse QC can document visible order details and obvious condition problems. It cannot reliably prove authenticity, material composition, internal construction, cushioning performance, long-term durability or fit. A logo photograph does not establish brand authorization, and an intact exterior does not show how the shoe will feel after use.
A spreadsheet label such as ‘QC available’ should mean that evidence can be reviewed, not that an editor has certified the product. Avoid listings or community posts that turn a few images into a quality score without explaining what was checked. The sound decision is narrower: does the visible warehouse item match the ordered option closely enough to keep, or is more evidence or a return request needed?
7. Protect the warehouse return window
LoloBuy’s official return procedure says an eligible application should be submitted within five days of the item reaching stored status. The product must support an unconditional return or exchange, remain in resalable condition and still requires seller acceptance. That is an application window, not a guarantee that every footwear seller accepts returns or that a refund arrives within five days.
Review QC as soon as the stored date appears. Keep the seller page, selected size, order and warehouse item numbers, and photographs. Describe a visible mismatch precisely—for example, the ordered size and the warehouse label. Do not parcel a disputed pair while the request is open.
8. Decide whether the shoe box should remain
LoloBuy’s July 14 value-added-services announcement says Remove Shoe Boxes is intended to reduce product weight and volume, and that the item’s weight and volume are updated after the service is completed. The notice also says buyers who need a specific shoe box should leave a remark or contact customer service with the warehouse item number beginning with ‘LO.’ Handling can still depend on product condition and protection needs.
The notice warns that goods cannot be returned or exchanged after original packaging is removed. Finish QC and the return decision first. Keep the box when it provides needed protection, model evidence or value. Remove it only after accepting the item and weighing the consequence against possible volume reduction.
9. Estimate footwear shipping with dimensions as well as weight
LoloBuy’s freight estimator asks for destination, weight, product category and parcel dimensions. Its FAQ explains that light but bulky parcels can be charged using volume weight and gives a common air-cargo planning formula of length multiplied by width multiplied by height, divided by 6,000 to produce kilograms. Route rules can differ, so the live line details remain authoritative.
When possible, compare the accepted pair with its box against updated measurements after eligible box removal. Do not assume the entire carton-size difference will disappear. The cheapest result matters only if the line accepts the contents and provides the tracking, protection and destination service you need.
10. Consolidate shoes only with compatible items
LoloBuy says products from different sellers can be managed in the warehouse and selected together for international delivery. A pair of shoes can be combined with clothing or accessories after every item has a completed QC and return decision. Consolidation can reduce repeated outer packaging, but a box or heavy pair can also change the packed dimensions and available routes for the whole parcel.
Compare a combined parcel with a sensible split rather than assuming one box is cheaper. Splitting can create another opening weight charge and tracking record; consolidation can create a bulkier billed parcel. Decide from live packed measurements, category restrictions and route results, not another buyer’s rule.
11. Preserve the footwear evidence through delivery
Before dispatch, save the parcel item list, packaging instruction, final weight and dimensions, selected route and payment record. After delivery, photograph the exterior condition and shipping label before discarding the packaging when there is visible damage. Match the received pair and accessories with the warehouse record.
A useful LoloBuy shoes spreadsheet workflow remains evidence-based from start to finish: discover a current source, define the exact option, treat sizing as seller-specific, verify the parsed order, inspect visible warehouse details, protect the return window, decide on the box only after acceptance, and price the parcel with live measurements. That method cannot guarantee fit or authenticity, but it prevents the spreadsheet from promising more than the source and QC evidence can prove.
Shoes spreadsheet checklist before shipping
- Open and save the original seller listing instead of ordering from a thumbnail.
- Record the variation, color, size system, quantity and box preference.
- Keep the seller’s dated size chart and clarify ambiguous measurements.
- Match every imported LoloBuy order field before the first payment.
- Check the pair, visible style, color, label, model, damage and accessories in QC.
- Do not treat warehouse photographs as authenticity or fit certification.
- Resolve an eligible return request within the published warehouse window.
- Remove the shoe box only after accepting the item and understanding the consequence.
- Compare actual and volume-sensitive shipping inputs using current measurements.
- Keep source, order, QC, parcel and delivery evidence together.
