How to use a LoloBuy spreadsheet: from product link to parcel

A LoloBuy spreadsheet is a product-discovery directory, not an order tracker or a delivered-price promise. This guide shows how to turn one row into a checked LoloBuy order, a warehouse decision and a parcel you are ready to ship.

A useful LoloBuy spreadsheet shortens product research; it does not replace it. Each row should help you reach a product source, compare a reference price and understand what still needs checking. LoloBuy then performs a different job: it acts as the purchasing and forwarding service that receives your order details, buys from the Chinese seller, stores the item, provides the available inspection evidence and prepares international delivery.

That distinction matters because weak guides describe a spreadsheet as if it were a private order-management file or an automatic guarantee of stock, quality and final cost. It is neither. The safer workflow has three records: what the seller advertised, what you asked LoloBuy to buy and what the warehouse actually received. Keeping those records separate is the central idea in this guide.

1. Start with the spreadsheet, but identify the source

Begin in the product directory and narrow the list by category, product type and budget. A useful row should name the item, show a source platform or original marketplace link, provide a reference price and state when it was last checked. Open the detail page before leaving the directory so you understand whether the link points to Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, Yupoo, Weidian or another seller source supported by the live LoloBuy workflow.

Do not treat a familiar photo or product name as evidence that two links are identical. Sellers can reuse images while offering different materials, versions, sizes or after-sales terms. Save the source URL and note the exact option you intend to buy. If the source is unavailable, the sensible decision is to compare another current listing—not to order from a cached title or an old social-media screenshot.

2. Check the information that a spreadsheet cannot verify

Before opening LoloBuy, inspect the seller page for the selected color, size, quantity, model, price and any mainland-China delivery charge. Look for option-specific images and size information rather than relying on the first gallery image. A USD figure in a directory is useful for comparison, but the seller price, exchange conversion and stock can change after the row was checked.

Write down anything that could be misunderstood: the shoe size system, a color code, whether a set contains one or several pieces, and whether you need the original box. This short note becomes your control record when LoloBuy parses the link. It is much easier to catch a wrong option before payment than to reconstruct your intent after the seller has dispatched the item.

3. Paste the source link into LoloBuy and audit the result

LoloBuy’s official purchase guide tells users to paste a product link into its search bar. The same guide says users can also search by product name and choose from recommended products. For a spreadsheet workflow, the direct source link is usually the clearer route because it preserves the connection between the directory row and the seller page you reviewed.

LoloBuy says it can capture information for most products from several supported platforms, but its guide also provides a manual-order path when an item cannot be parsed normally. Whether the order form is automatic or manual, compare every captured field with your control record. Correct the size, color, quantity and remarks before adding the item to the cart. A successful parser is a convenience, not an independent verification of your selection.

4. Treat the first payment as a product-order decision

The official process separates the transaction into stages. At the first payment, the buyer pays for the item and the seller’s delivery within China. LoloBuy’s purchasing staff then contact the seller and place the order. International delivery to your home is not included in this first-stage amount, so a spreadsheet price should never be described as a delivered total.

Before paying, review the destination country, order remarks and any selected value-added service shown in the live checkout. Save the order confirmation and source page. If LoloBuy’s buyer asks for clarification through an order enquiry, email or site message, answer from the original listing rather than guessing. A seller substitution or changed option should be treated as a fresh decision, not a minor administrative update.

5. Follow the order until it is stored in the warehouse

The seller first ships domestically to LoloBuy’s warehouse. Status labels describe progress, but they do not prove that the item is correct. LoloBuy’s help centre says that an item marked “Stored in warehouse” has arrived and can be selected from “My Warehouse” for overseas delivery. Before moving to parcel submission, open the warehouse record and match its item number, title, selected option and quantity with your saved order.

Storage limits deserve a live check. The purchase tutorial currently says 90 days of free storage, while an older official storage page still says 180 days. Because those official pages conflict, this guide does not present either number as a universal promise. Use the deadline shown in your current warehouse account and ask official support if the displayed expiry is unclear. Do not build a long consolidation plan around an undated screenshot or an older help article.

6. Use QC photos as evidence with clear limits

LoloBuy’s standard-inspection page says its standard service can check visible information such as style, quantity, color, size, model, damage and defects, and can provide three to six standard photos. The same rules contain important limits: sealed products may remain sealed, some 1688 items use sampling or different stock-in rules, and electronics are not tested for authenticity, functions or quality under the standard inspection.

Review every available image at full size. Compare visible color, shape, labels, size markings, quantity and obvious damage with the source and order records. Ask for an appropriate additional photo when a decision-critical detail is missing and that service is available. Do not claim that ordinary QC proves authenticity, exact material, internal construction, electronics performance, fit or long-term durability. A photo can reduce visible uncertainty; it cannot remove product risk.

7. Decide whether to return, hold or consolidate

The warehouse stage is where the spreadsheet row becomes a real accept-or-reject decision. If the item visibly differs from the selected option, document the mismatch and use LoloBuy’s order or after-sales channel before requesting packaging changes or international shipment. Seller return conditions and timing can vary, so the existence of a QC problem does not automatically guarantee a free return.

If the item is acceptable, you can hold it while other purchases arrive and then select several stored items for one parcel. Consolidation can reduce repeated base packaging and shipment charges, but a larger parcel is not automatically cheaper or safer. Weight, volume, product restrictions and destination rules still determine which routes are offered. Combine products because the live parcel comparison supports it, not because “one parcel is always cheaper” sounds intuitive.

8. Build the parcel from live warehouse data

LoloBuy’s official guide directs users to select items in “My Warehouse,” enter delivery details and choose from the routes available for that shipment. Product restrictions can remove certain lines. Optional services may include packaging removal, reinforcement or insurance, but availability and terms should be checked on the current parcel screen. Read the consequence of each option before applying it; changing packaging can affect weight, volume, protection and return possibilities.

Use warehouse weight and dimensions as planning data, then compare the available routes for your destination. LoloBuy says the international-shipping deposit is based on estimated weight, route and destination, while the final charge uses the package size and weight verified during shipping. That means an estimate is valuable for budgeting but is not a fixed quote. Record the route, billing method, declared information and optional services shown immediately before payment.

9. Pay, track and preserve the evidence chain

After parcel submission, pay the live international-shipping amount and keep the confirmation. LoloBuy’s process says the warehouse consolidates, packs, reinforces where selected, weighs and dispatches the parcel. Tracking then appears in the Parcels area. Follow the official account record rather than a link sent by an unknown person, and verify any customs or carrier request against the parcel number before providing information or making another payment.

Keep the spreadsheet row, seller source, LoloBuy order, QC images, parcel details and payment records until delivery and any after-sales window have ended. Together they show what was advertised, requested, received and shipped. If a problem occurs, that evidence is more useful than a claim that the item was “verified.” After delivery, update or remove broken source links so the directory remains a research tool rather than a collection of stale promises.

What a good LoloBuy spreadsheet should—and should not—do

A good directory reduces discovery time, keeps the original source visible, separates reference prices from live checkout totals and points readers toward QC, shipping and category guidance. It should show a genuine last-checked date and avoid claiming that every listed item is in stock, authentic or quality-approved unless there is current evidence for that specific statement.

It should not store your address, passwords, payment credentials or private tracking history in a public sheet. It should not replace LoloBuy’s live order, warehouse and parcel records. Used with those boundaries, a LoloBuy spreadsheet is valuable precisely because it does one job well: it helps you begin with a traceable source and a better list of questions before money or international freight is committed.

Before turning a spreadsheet row into a parcel

  • Open the original seller source and confirm it is still available.
  • Record the exact size, color, model, quantity and seller terms you selected.
  • Compare every LoloBuy order field with the source before the first payment.
  • Separate product and China delivery costs from later international freight.
  • Match the warehouse record and all QC photos with the source and order.
  • Use the storage deadline displayed in your live account, not an old guide.
  • Resolve visible problems before packaging changes or parcel submission.
  • Compare only the shipping routes currently offered for the actual parcel.
  • Keep source, order, QC, parcel and payment evidence until after delivery.
